Raising future leaders?

Are you reasoning the same way ? Almost all the student had good grades in the past WAEC/SSCE and most had gotten admissions before ASUS strike but got delayed because of the strike. We keep saying we need to encourage Nigeria education but if the government is not paying attention to giving the young ones a great education, what can you do as an individual ? Yes, there are free education scheme for primary and secondary but what happens after secondary school ?  Let me ask this question, how many Nigerian universities are giving scholarships ? I have heard about extremely exceptional student given scholarships which was basically because they were brought to lime light but i haven't seen for good or average students.
